MindfulnessPositive Ways run the, now very popular, 8 week course of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR).

This course was originally developed by Jon Kabat Zinn for use within a chronic pain clinic. Since then, hundreds of studies have been undertaken which have shown the programme’s effectiveness for conditions such as Depression, Anxiety, Addiction, Stress, and other chronic conditions.

It has also been shown to be highly effective for use within the workplace, improving employee performance, work relationships and culture, and employee morale. A number of large multi-national corporations, including google, have established their own mindfulness training programmes for their employees with great success.

Positive Ways can run MBSR programmes within organisations and for groups of individuals in the community, and bespoke the programme to your needs, drawing on the full range of their skills and experience.
