Guided Imagery is a way of creating a relaxed state of mind in which a client can concentrate their mind and begin to change patterns of behaviour and thinking, as well as calming the emotions.

Positive Ways’ approach is gentle, reassuring and always leaves our client in control of the process. This means the client is soon able to learn how to create the relaxed state for themselves. This is called a Mindful attitude.
