The Emotional Resilience Programme focuses on the five domains of your : Inner Core, Emotional Experiences, Mental Processes, External World, and Spirituality, all of which have been shown to be equally important to our health and wellbeing. We take individuals from a place where they may be feeling ‘stuck’, to feeling fully resourceful and resilient.

You take a journey through each of the domains, looking at the needs within each, and defining a step by step approach which is used to create a balanced wheel of health and a connected web of your life. This process, once embedded, will sustain you throughout your life as you move on to lifelong leading your personal growth and development.
