Counselling is about helping you move on from worries, concerns or even traumas that might have caused you angst in the past. Sometimes this angst can create barriers to personal growth now, or in the future, which in turn can sometimes lead to depression.

Positive Ways uses the latest Psychological insights and scientific approaches in order to help you move forward and see clearly so that you can start to set your own goals.

This can normally be achieved quickly, but sometimes clients want to explore in more depth. We always agree the counselling approach with the client.
